Grey & Ivy is a collective of innovators, property developers, housing experts, architects, planners tech developers, researchers, educators, business leaders and much more. Through our unique community-driven development approach, we focus on telling stories through the collaborative process of design, making, building and economic development. We believe that we all posses incredible gifts that can positively influence our communities and surrounding environments. Our accredited Design+Build Spatial Agency educational and training programs aim to identify, inspire, and express those gifts within us. Together, we have developed a strategy to facilitate Spatial Agency developments in communities worldwide!

We work directly with community leaders and representatives to establish strong and meaningful relationships to create an upward spiral of economic growth and prosperity through housing-first solutions for and from the communities they serve. Our mission is to cultivate a meaningful dialogue among community members to reach a consensus on the path forward together. Through active listening and guiding conversations, the core of our work aims to strike a balance between ourselves, our families, our values, and most importantly, the land we all love.
